The seminar will cover issues related to service and product quality evaluation and employee motivation. It will present the EPSI (Extended Performance Satisfaction Index) research method as developed by the Stockholm School of Economics. The model enables comparison of service quality provided by different companies and institutions in various industries and sectors for both: service users and providers. It also offers tools for service providers to develop the improvement plan and thereby increase their customers' and employees' satisfaction.
