Fitek is the new name of OpusCapita

New brand name, the same quality

As of the 15th of February, there is a financial technology company Fitek, operating in the Baltic countries, which is the successor of OpusCapita, a member of the Finnish Posti Group. The core business of Fitek is automation of corporate financial processes and offering e-invoicing solutions. The company belongs to the private equity and venture capital company BaltCap.

Baltcap acquisition of OpusCapita in Latvia entity from OpusCapita Group was completed as of January 11th.

The new name emphasizes competences in field of finance technology, putting it in the first place. Company has always strived to develop new solutions for its clients to help them to adapt to changing business environment – in order to save time and resources and focus on its core business. That was and is going to be company’s driving force further on.

These enterprises who joined us already are 100% compatible for e-invoicing. We want to be the frontrunners of financial technology and bring enterprises in the Baltics using our solutions into a new level. One of our purposes to take the solutions developed by us to the European market. Very soon, it is planned to expand the service portfolio with new investments.”
