The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Latvia in cooperation with Strategic HR & Communications agency ERDA cordially invite you to the webinar on “Challenges & Opportunities in the New Workplace Reality” .

With Covid-19 pandemic slowing down in our region, companies in the Baltics are now starting to think about returning back to "normal". However, it's clear that we're at the beginning of a new work life reality both here in the Baltics and globally – the working environment, employee and employer relations have changed as a result of the pandemic. But how exactly? What are the new workplace reality trends? What challenges will have to be overcome and how to best do that?

There are no clear guidelines on how to do that successfully and an urge to find out what peers are doing persists in the business and HR networks. To encourage experience sharing and help companies make better decisions, ERDA conducted a study on the opportunities and challenges of the new workplace reality. As a result, 103 Baltic companies shared their views and forecasts.
