Company visit to TELE2 Shared Service Center

Members of the SCCL are welcome to visit Tele2 Shared Service Center and meet general manager Kim Leandersson. Tele2 is one of Europe’s fastest growing telecom operators, always providing customers what they need for less. At last count, Tele2 had 13 million customers in 9 countries.

Tele2 Shared Service Center is part of Tele2 AB group. Their main activity is maintenance, testing, development of the telecommunications systems and providing services to all the Tele2 group companies. Riga provides support for various Tele2 systems: customer management, accounting services, billing solutions - prepaid and postpaid systems.

Tele2 Shared Service Center (previously named: “Tele2 Billing”) was established in Riga in 2004 and at that time they only had 9 employees, currently they have a team of more than 370 employees (and counting). Their employees are high-level experts, who mainly works in IT & T field - business analysts, support specialists, system testers, developers, project managers, IT support technicians, system maintenance technicians.
