Often managers have a basic grasp of negotiations skills, but do not have the sophisticated approaches needed to negotiate successfully in challenging situations. Participants of this interactive session will gain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in complex negotiations and business negotiations in an international environment. The course will be delivered in Latvian.
