Cexit - a way out of the crisis, a way out of Covid 19, for each one, for every organization and for society as a whole, taking responsibility and being knowledgeable enough to be able to make the most favorable decisions for the future in uncertainty.

Unprecedented experience in today's world - a global pandemic and an international emergency - raises fundamental questions about world order and change at all levels - global and local, as well as organizational and individual perspectives. Will everything in the world change after the pandemic or will something still be the same?

The aim of the forum is to provide practical information, methods and techniques so that we can each manage and change our social, professional and personal life according to the situation.

LECTURERS - opinion leaders, whose views and message are very important to many, so that they do not lose hope as they go through the crisis, are able to take change for granted, as well as use this time to address issues that are relevant to them.
